Misunderstanding in product details

The jacket is beautiful but on the website it stated that the product are the dress and the jacket and only arrives the jacket. I returned it because the error. Please review

Error on description no dress just jacket

I had to buy the dress separate this is for jacket only. It is a really nice set but, wish description was right. I was told no Langerfeld jacket come with dress all separate.

I purchased the dress and the jacket. I only get the jacket in the mail. I would like to get the dress and the jacket. I’ve returned it twice.

Partial delivery

Received a partial delivery of my order. Additionally I was informed via email that I don’t receive refund but Macys is mailing me a gift card in the amount of my order. Plus I have to print a return label and return the partial shipment before a certain time in order to get my gift card. Very frustrating and disappointing as I was looking forward to wearing outfit to my grandson’s baptism 😞
