Clunky, heavy, very wide

I loved this boot when I saw it on the website of Macys but when I received it I found it really wide, even around my ankle was hard to get good fit. The overall appearance is nice for the type boot it is. The leather is nice and soft I was disappointed in the boot actually and returned it.
