Incorrect Item Inside Box

I didn't receive the correct item. The Fulfillment Center could benefit from re-training. Inside the KL box / black 8.5 were a pair of brown " no bland", terrible faux leather boots. Such a gross mistake. Please check the department and the supervisor. Of course, the boot color was sold out! Thank you

Just plain ugly

Not even cheap looking leather, they look like cheap pleather. Clunky, not chunky. Bulbous toe box. A resounding NO.
