Beautiful wrinkled suit!

I love Karl Lagerfield suits as I am 5"11" tall, and they fit me perfectly. I was excited to see the new fall colors, so ordered the green and gold. When I received the suiit separates, they were in their original plastic bags, and wrinkled beyond belief. Macy's, shame on you delivering expensive quality clothing folded up and wrinkled up in plastic bags. You could at least steam, hang up, and send in a hanging bag in a big enough box. I love Macy's, but may have to stop ordering clothes because 9 times out of 10, they are super wrinkled! So disappointing!
