Returned pants

The pants that I received was pair of returned pants. The zipper was half down. Did not have the original tag. They were not protected in a plastic bag before put being rolled up and put in the shipping bag. My other purchases do Karl Lagerfield are plastic lagerfield bag. And there was also a small spot on the pants.
