Lovely summer dress

This is a very flattering dress. I shortened it by 6 inches to make it a midi for this event on my 5'4" frame. It is very fitted through the high hip, and then a full flare bottom. The light weight cotton fabric is so comfortable and flows nicely. I bouth a size 6 and 8 - and returned the 8, as the 6 was more flattering in that it hugged the body nicely, and also the 8 had too much material at the bottom for my short frame.
