We never order from Macy’s again

So excited to get this I bought the entire outfit. I knew it was limited quantities but when they said mine shipped, I was so excited and yet when I got my package and opened it up, it was something totally different. Something I didn’t order some tacky little cheap gray thing that looked nothing like the skirt I so desperately want it. And to top it all off the skirt had completely soaked out so I will never get this skirt. I am so disappointed in Macy’s. Then when I called to explain the issue, the representative made it seem like I had done something wrong. He did oh so kindly send me a label, but then it was my responsibility to find a UPS store to return the item that I never purchased anyway knowing I would never receive the item that I wanted. This is typical of my experience with Macy’s as they tend to have the worst customer service both over the phone and it’s even worse when you go in person and try to get help. I try to support these stores, but it’s a wonder. This store is even still open.

Looks so cute in the picture but I got my usual size 4 and was swimming in it. Looks like a dudes shirt and is not dainty on. Also the high collar is strange.

I love this gorgeous high-end Karl Lagerfeld black Skirt. It is true to size, it sits a few inches above the knee and looks chic and sophisticated! Perfect with a mockneck top, heels and a leather jacket! Great price and quick delivery! So pleased with this classic skirt and wish it were offered in more colors!
