Beautiful and surprisingly comfortable but...

I need to take these to a shoe repair shop before I get to wear them because the slingback is long and loose. Huge design fail at this price point.

they fit but they don’t

The size fit soild. I am a true 9. However, the ankle band around the shoe is very loose and cannot stay on my ankle. Therefore, I have to sadly return the shoes
