Package arrived, but missing buttons

I was so excited to receive this jacket because I also purchased the matching dress. Imagine my disappointment when I opened my package and it’s missing 2 gold/flower buttons. How did this even past quality control? Sending a product that is obviously damage is appalling.

Pretty bolero jacket

Lovely jacket, am a fan of the short jacket style. However, l’m very unhappy w/the condition in which the package arrived. When l opened it, l saw that Macys did not even enclose it in a plastic bag . Upon removing it from bag a button popped off. I expect more care to be taken ,especially with an expensive piece

I’m 5’-2”, 130 lb and bought both the jacket and the dress in a size 8. Other than needing the dress hemmed and the jacket sleeves shortened, the fit was perfect. I received numerous compliments at my daughter’s bridal shower
