Perfect for a more elevated look

I needed something chic for a once in a lifetime, special day in Paris. I was thrilled to find this lovely piece. I paired it with black pants and black flats for an appropriate "French Girl" look. I look forward to wearing it again when the occasion calls for something a bit more elevated.
