the dress that still hasn't been delivered

I still have not received the dress, ordered 1/24/26, rec'd confirmation of shipping, arrival date of 1/29 per email, no shipping updates, most recent said delayed until 1/30, numerous chats with both automated and actual customer care reps and conflicting delivery dates are provided as either 1/30 - which has clearly passed and 2/3.

fit is important

Lovely-feeling dress with the cool cuffs, but it's a but shapeless. More to the point, there was excess fabric at the button enclosure at the top of the back, so it didn't lie flat. I'm 5'6", 150 and got a 12. Maybe a 10 would have been better, but I returned it.

Classic and comfortable

needed black velvet for holiday luncheon. On edge of despair when I saw this. Feathers too much for lunch but they unbutton!! I took them off temporarily, basted up to hide buttons and voila! Everyone loved it. Comfortable and perfect.
