Great design but poor fit

I loved the design very much. They look really good. You can dress up or dress down and shoes look just great and very classy. However, the fit is really weird just like others stated here. I wouldn’t buy it online if I had an opportunity to try it in the store or get a few sizes for comparison. Anyway, I learned the hard way. They are very stiff: in the back and the toe area. I think they are true to size through. Maybe run slightly larger, less than a half size. I got the normal size and have regular feet (not wide, not narrow) I will have to get a shoe stretcher and eventually break them down by wearing around the house before torturing my feet to go out and about wearing it. I have hopes they will stretch.
