Received Damaged

I ordered this dress twice, but both times the dress arrived with black marks/smudges on it, so I had to return it both times. So disappointed because I really liked the style and color and it looked good on me.

Charlotte Crepe Dress

The experience was great! I loved this dress. Unfortunately, the style/ fit doesn’t work for me. I really wish I could have worn this dress. It is beautiful and a quality material. The return process was simple and quick.
