Wonderful skirt

This really is a good skirt and im regretting not buying the jacket. It has a light lining and a lace pattern to the skirt. Downside for me is the waist is big. This is a solid size 20 skirt. Sadjustment will definitely be necessary. It has an elastic on both sides of the waistband.
