Exactly as shown in photo. I love that it's business casual. The sleeves is quarter length, comfortable fit all around. I'm 5'8, hour glass figure & voluptuously curvy so this jacket is fashionable, and slimming on me. I went back to see of Kasper brand had more colors and bought another style.
