POOR SHIPPING SERVICE

MACY'S SHOULD DO MORE TO HONOR THEIR SHIPPING PROCESSESSES... I ORDERED THIS FOR A SPECIAL EVENT, AND THE DELIVERY BY DATE MADE IT POSSIBLE... NOW TRACKING IS SAYING IT WILL ARRIVE TWO DAYS LATER... HORRIBLE...!!!!
