Quality Quality Quality!

Beautiful color of blue (sort of a deep darker royal blue) and texture. It's versatile and can go from day (office or convention) to night and goes with pants, skirts, and even dresses. I am 5'3" and the length hits just below the top of the hip bones. The sleeves are tailored very well and are not too tight or too loose (wide). If you have 'wider' shoulders, or arms then I would recommend sizing up.
