You cannot go wrong with Kasper. This is a nice blouse to wear under suit coat or with sweater. Bright colors, nice material.

color not as pictured

I have this top in a different pattern and love it for year round layering. I got this one and it says "butter multi" and looked black, white, pink and cream but it is very yellow and looks terrible on pale/pink skin tones
