Kasper black dress

I never received the dress. They emailed me twice saying the order was delayed. When I called to check on order after I never received it, I was told that they couldn’t find a tracking for it.

The material (waffle print) on this dress was awful and looked very cheap. I recieved the dress on Thursday and returned it the next day.
