These were faux leather, and not even good quality! I couldn't return fast enough!

Delivery issue and lack of customer service

Interesting that I’m being asked to review my purchase as I haven’t received the item. There is obviously an issue with package being lost or misplaced by UPS but Macy’s customer service just keeps telling me it’s still on the way. Ordered on Dec 11. Disappointing as I was hoping to wear the pants for Christmas Eve.

Faux Suede Pants

I loved the fit and the feel of the pants. They don't really look like faux suede, but have a sueded finish.
