Misleading picture

The picture implied that the jacket was part of the outfit I was buying. I was disappointed that it was not, and will return it as I didn't want JUST a sleeveless dress.

top part missing

I didn't even try it on, so I don't know and for some reason I'm not getting a full refund on both items I'm returning. I'm very disappointed in Macy's.
