Floral skirt

This is a nice skirt, but due to poor workmanship, I cannot give it a higher rating. The print does not match up which makes it look cheap and I question whether Macy's is not selling "seconds." Workmanship overall with their dresses is poor and I find that I have to return a lot of them.
