Order Twice Cancelled! Item Still For Sale Online

I ordered this item twice, & both times the order was same-day cancelled. By phone Dave at Cust Servc ordered the item for me, again, same-day cancelled. Couldn't believe it! It is still listed online for sale. 2 long chats with Mukilan & Aakash (over an hour to 2 hours total of waiting through the chat line with & without them) were ended BY THEM as they said that I had gone off the line. This was a fabricated LIE, A LIE, as I was still on the line. The chat line is worthless & these individuals did nothing to help. The item is clearly available for sale; why are they working there if they are worthless & try to cover that up by hanging up the line, pretending that I am not there, when I was the last person to send messages? I still don't know what happened to my orders, & DO NOT WANT TO WASTE ANOTHER MINUTE ON YOUR PHONE OR CHAT LINE identifying the whole transactions just to GET NOWHERE. There will be more reviews online if it is not addressed. Used to like Macy's, Thank you
