fit is not good

This skirt is too big and extremely short. Kasper rarely offers size 2 or smaller and the length is always too short. The length is the real problem. Kasper offers petites but never tall sizes. Customers who need more length cannot have material added but petites can have length shorten easily. Why would a company not offer tall sizes? Kasper needs to address these issues.
