Be careful before you order from 3rd parties

Order the valance on September 9th, got an email saying shipped on the 10th from Brooklyn NY could not track order. September 16th I called Macys about my order that I should’ve received already, because the website said should receive in 3-6 days before I order them. The representative said I suppose to receive my order on September 18th. After that call on the 16th I start receiving tracking information on which was showing that the order was still in Brooklyn NY smh… September 17th it start showing shipped from the distribution center in Brooklyn NY, the same thing it said in the first email on September 10th. Now it’s saying will receive by September 20th. If I had known that it would take that long to receive them I would’ve never order them. Do not trust their timing. Especially if you’re having an event like myself.
