shoulder strap not user friendly

I did not like the shoulder strap as it was not adjustable. There is an a shoulder strap you can attach but then it looks strange with so many straps

Just perfect!

There is nothing not to love about this new shoulder bag from Kate Spade New York! My shipment from Bloomingdale's arrived perfectly packaged, and very quickly. The pebbled leather is soft and supple, the shoulder strap is the perfect drop length, and the interior lining is soft and a nice light color so you can see everything in the bag easily! I'm in love with this whole KSNY Knott collection. I'm sure I'll purchase another soon!

Excellent design with soft, fine leather. Though labeled as a small bag, the inside space is big enough to hold a lot of items. Good looking both for work or casual occasions.

the stripe is not comfortable on the sholder, do not have enough space when you use it as sholder bag, also when you use it as cross body bag, the stripe is on the way. I return it
