It works gradually

I did reorder this for a second time. I don’t see a “Wow what a difference” when I use it, but I can tell that it is helping my skin gradually overtime. I wish it did not have a roller application. I squeeze a little out and apply the serum using my fingers, so that I don’t waste any trying to use the roller. Overall, it is a great product but needs better packaging.

Supple

I'm 45 and my skin is rapidly changing this year. This serum makes my chin and cheeks more supple and holds back the dry longer than with my day-cream alone. I find it worth the extra layer of product.

Poor nozzel

I love kate sommerville products but the nozzle on this is not good. If you dont turn the dial to, 'off' it continues to flow out after the item is closed. Also upon squeezing a little, it comes out too much or not enough, hard to find a balance. Very disappointed.

First time purchase and very impressed with this product beacsyse it leaves my skin soft and moist and feels wonderful. I use it daily either in the morning or at night and before moisturizer.

Good product, packaging’s a smidge scammy

I like the feel of this serum, but I have to say the packaging feels a bit gimmicky. You have to be very careful when squeezing the tube to make sure there’s not waste, but even under the most ideal conditions it’s difficult to control how much product the tube is dispensing. At this price point, it seems irresponsible for the packaging to not allow the user to have more control over the amount of product they’re using. A pump would be better and I can just use my own roller.
