Decent serum, packaging terrible

I’ve worked through a couple tubes of this serum and it does well for my skin, but this tube + roller dispenser has got to be one of the most error-prone, frustrating types of packaging ever. The number of times I get too little or too much = WAY too high. Fix the packaging, KS. We’ve been telling yo this. Why aren’t you hearing us?

Great serum lousy applicator

Love the serum. Works beautifully alongside the exfoliation scrub and face wash. Really really wish it came in a regular pump bottle though. I’m not a fan of the rollerball applicator. If it were an eye serum maybe, but not a face serum.

It works gradually

I did reorder this for a second time. I don’t see a “Wow what a difference” when I use it, but I can tell that it is helping my skin gradually overtime. I wish it did not have a roller application. I squeeze a little out and apply the serum using my fingers, so that I don’t waste any trying to use the roller. Overall, it is a great product but needs better packaging.

Supple
