order cancelled without my knowledge

I ordered these mugs, along with a box of coffee pods, as an engagement gift for my nephew. Many concerns: 1) there was no place on the order form to include a gift card so he had no way to know who sent it; 2) coffee pods arrived, but no mugs; 3) apparently the mugs order was cancelled although I WAS NEVER INFORMED. No happy at all with Macy's - since the mugs were not delivered I cannot even speak to the product ordered

Macys Packed These Very Poorly. Received broken

Macy's packed these very poorly, and they all arrived broken. The store did not cushion the manufacturer's box and there was NO protection. A big waste of my time. Also, these glasses are not made as well as they used to be. The glass bottom doesn't have the same thick 1/2 base.
