Macys Packed These Very Poorly. Received broken

Macy's packed these very poorly, and they all arrived broken. The store did not cushion the manufacturer's box and there was NO protection. A big waste of my time. Also, these glasses are not made as well as they used to be. The glass bottom doesn't have the same thick 1/2 base.

Not the same quality or color

I was very disappointed with these two replacement mugs. They were not same quality and color was much lighter than my previous purchase. Almost looked faded/ or seconds product.
