NO engraving. NO handle mitt. Sadly disappointed.

I decided to buy this for a friend as a housewarming gift because I LOVE the turquoise one I bought myself several years ago. I was SADLY disappointed in this version. There's NO cute engraving on the spout PLUS it didn't come with the handy handle mitt that mine did so there's no way to pour it without using a towel or bulky oven mitt.

Horrible!

Absolutely horrible tea kettle! First of all the spout does not say "whistle while you work" and said in the description. Second of all the spout does not easily open and feels super rusty and cheap. Also - when heating water it turns the white ceramic exterior brown. Absolutely shocked and so disappointed by this tea kettle. Cannot believe Kate Spade would represent their brand in this way. DO NOT BUY!
