Kate Spade crossbody

The good features: nicely constructed and color; however, it is very stiff and hard, not at all soft and won’t soften due to the nature of the leather. Also, the handles permanently stick up and look odd when attaching the crossbody strap. I was hoping it would work as I liked the color and the quality.
