I received the bag that someone else returned.

The bag is nice and the perfect size if you don't want something too big. But I didn't like that they sent me someone else's return bag. Inside the wallet was the other customer's return receipt. I didn't buy a second-hand bag. I bought a new bag. Therefore, they should have sent me something new, not something returned by someone else.
