dirty

Just received my Kate Spade crossbody from Macy’s, and it’s dirty. Disappointed! You can tell it’s dirty fingerprints.

Strap broke off after less than a year...

Normally I am not one to give a bad review, and honestly this purse was amazing and was my favorite bag... I purchased it on Black Friday, so I haven't even owned it for a whole year and the strap broke off. As I was walking while wearing the purse it fell off and when I picked it up, I saw that the stitching had come un-done and the strap was no longer attached to the bag. Unfortunately, I have no way to fix it and will really be missing this AMAZING bag!!! I am hoping to get some assistance on this, so I can go back to using my all-time favorite Kate Spade Crossbody! Thank you.
