Handle need to be re evaluated

Apart from been decorative this kettle offers nothing more. It is ridiculous that the handle gets hot and presents a danger .

Less than happy!

A green tea kettle is very hard to find, so I was happy to find this one. Despite the reviews about the handle getting hot-I ordered it. My handle doesn’t necessarily get too hot but the whistle doesn’t work. At my age, I need a whistling tea kettle. Isn’t that the point of it? I decided to keep it because “obviously” I had used it, otherwise I wouldn’t have known that it didn’t whistle. Sorry I did though!

Handle gets too hot

Would not repurchase for myself, but it was a requested Christmas gift and my sister really loves it. I was visiting with her for a few days after Christmas and able use it myself. I would prefer having a handle that didn’t get so hot that I needed to use a pot holder (she said it was totally worth the effort). I personally prefer a heat resistant option so I don’t have the extra step in handling the kettle once heated. Other than that, the beautiful green color is true to the listing, the weight and quality seem to be on brand, and it heated at full capacity in less than 5 minutes.

Kate Spade Blue teapot

Kate Spade Blue teapot was recieved and I was so disappointed. I was expecting a navy color but it was a dark blue and the teapot is very poorly constructed. The handle appears to be very unstable and I know that should I decide to keep it I will need to replace it by the end of the summer. I am truly disappointed in the poor quality of this item.

Pretty but HOT!

The color is beautiful but the handle is hot and so is the spout cover (unlike other water kettles) so you better not forget to grab pot holders. Such a simple design alteration would have been the fix. Anyway, I returned it after 2 uses.
