pretty

I got the cream bag. It is the perfect size for cross over and hand held or even shoulder wear with adjustable chain. The color and the bow makes it stand out well. I agree with the package issue that it came tight fit in the box with not even any packing paper. Thank God the bag has no damage or it would be returned. Macy should consider better wrapping/packaging for these fancy items.

Horrible packaging

This expensive bag arrived in a plastic bag which was torn & marked with ink all over. Macy’s should be ashamed. Delivering product in terrible conditions. Thank goodness the purse had no damage. It should have considering condition of plastic bag. Please Macy’s use boxes when shipping out any kind of handbags or delicate items!! Quality control has gone down considerably. Really bad!!
