Sent in wrong box

Their very cute and seem comfortable. But I have an issue with Macy’s! They sent the shoes in shoe box that was not Kate Spade, they even put stickers over the other designer’s name and hand wrote Kate Spade. Not how I expect my shoes to arrive!

Arrived damaged

Arrived with the center strap damaged. It just fell off when I took it out of the box. Will be returning it.

Cute shoes but defective

Like the other reviewer mentioned, the plastic securing the bow is not sewn on correctly, I got two separate replacement shipped directly from vendor and both pairs of shoes were torn where the bows were suppose to be secured. Will not purchase this style again

Cute but didn't work out

Adorable for spring! but the center tiny strap that hold the bow in the front became unglued in the box by the time it got to me. Had to return it, and figured that would probably be a common issue given the design.
