Disappointed- Received used item

I received the item with clear signs of prior use. The scarf had a lot of hair attached, which was off-putting, and it carried a strong smell of perfume. I didn’t even feel comfortable trying it on, and I’ll be returning it immediately. This experience has been very disappointing, as I expected a clean, unused product. Quality control needs to improve to ensure items meet basic hygiene standards before shipping.

Beautiful and soft!

Have tried so many scarves until I found this gem! I was apprehensive about ordering a wool scarf as I struggle with sensory issues. (I’m very picky about how fabrics feel against my skin.) Soft, vibrant colors that match both my coats and fun! I highly recommend this lovely Kate Spade scarf. Worth every penny!
