Hate it :(

I want to love it, and there are things about it that I do love (front pocket) but it’s very awkward. The straps are too long, even in their shortest length. The zippers are sticky, not smooth gliding, and it doesn’t hold much. I do like that it slides over the handle of my luggage but I would never recommend it to anyone.
