horrible customer service

I purchased this bag back in November. the zipper teeth broke in January and since Macys has a policy that they only cover damages for 30 days...it overrides the Kate Policy which covers their items for any damages within a year of purchase. I now have to find a cobbler to assist. Horrible customer service. GO DIRECTLY THROUGH KATE SPADE. To avoid problems.
