Disappointed

I am disappointed. I was supposed to receive this item on 8/13/25 which I counted on for a gift but have not received the item yet. I will end up returning it once I do receive it as I no longer need it.

Perfect travel bag!

Material is soft to touch, intricate broidery design, well-made and lightweight tote but roomy. I like everything about this bag, I am very happy with this purchase. I got the color black. I highly recommend this item.
