Poor customer service

Macys is the worst. Ive been on a waitlist for these shoes for months. I ordered them when i got the email that they were back in stock. The arrived with blue pen all over them. They were supposed to be for my rehearsal dinner. They didnt offer any solition other than returning them since they sold out again.
