Very Disappointed

Very disappointed in Kate Spade. I loved this watch band but twice hearts fell out. I was able to find the heart the first time and glue it back. The second time another heart fell out and was unable to find... sent back

Pretty band but has issues

The band is pretty but if you have to size the band down to make it fit, it doesn’t come with tools to do so. And when you order the tools to fix it, it isn’t very easy to fix it. Some of the hearts have already begun to fall out also. Very disappointing for the price.

Heavy watch band

This is an ok Apple watch band, heavy and very, very difficult to close it, for me almost impossible without someone's else help. If you need to make it smaller, the tools are missing, so weird. for such an expensive watch band.
