Great silhouette, fun mermaid poof!

Pretty pattern but the bubble bottom isn’t what it used to be in the 90s with a floof of extra fabric. This is lined to the body which is a nice take on it but it was my intention to detach that part now not so easily done. I like it for nostalgia but my daughter doesn’t value a good poof when she sees one! Lol
