Fool’s Errand

The shoes were so cute that I couldn’t believe it. However, The straps were not the same length (it was shorter on the left one). Kept sliding down my legs. When I tightened it, my feet and ankles were totally swollen. Seems like it was a manufacturer defect. First time ever had a problem with my purchase from Macys.The sad part is that when you call customer service it goes overseas. Finally after 56 minutes I was connected to a supervisor in the U.S.
