great tasting ice, but hard to clean!!!

Absolutely hard to clean! The people at my job hadn’t cleaned it in a while! now that I’ve taken over, I still can’t get it all the way clean! Not sure if there’s mold in the tubes. They look clear, but sometimes it produce green ice! The water well is clean, and the water is clear, but idk if it’s truly safe to keep/eat! FYI you can not take it apart to clean, so it’s very difficult!
