Perfect for New Walker

These have been great little shoes for my 15 month old. The size 4 fits her perfect and the color is cute with a variety of her wardrobe. Only complaint and reason for the 4 start review is, the Velcro on one of the straps is already starting to pull away from the strap after only a couple wears. I'm sure this isn't a typical issue with Keds and maybe just a manufacturing defect. I just have to be a little more cautious with that shoe.
