Condition was disappointing

Shoe arrived looking worn, so it was hard to tell if I would have liked it. It did seem to lack arch support. The soles on both shoes showed visible material between the grooves, so whether they were a return or a floor sample, it does not matter. They have to be returned. This was not a good effort. I ordered other shoes from Macy's at the same time arriving in impeccable shape. so this was perhaps an aberration. Very disappointing.
