Pretty but too short

Online order, wish I saw it in person before purchasing. Pretty little necklace, but way too short, even with the extender, I think the true measurement is incorrect. Disappointed that it didn't come in the signature yellow gift box. Great sale price, but unfortunately, it was final sale and cannot be returned.

Disappointed

Very dissatisfied only update I got was that they are unable to deliver the product after two weeks of placing the order and then want to give me a 25% discount to use and everything I try to use it for an unable to. Have a full list of disclaimers on products and things and brands. I’m not able to use even if I want to re-purchase what I try to buy I still unable to use the coupon code, so what was the sense of sending it to me for the inconvenience of a present I purchased for somebody and was unable to get
