Poor package

I ordered this necklace as a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. The order arrived in a plastic bag with a big black-no branded-fabric bag that obviously doesn’t go with the necklace. I’m very disappointed with such a poor presentation. I was expecting to receive this necklace in a Kendra Scott box, or at least with a Kendra Scott bag.
