runaround after jewelry not delivered

I ordered two different sets of KS jewelry as Christmas gifts for teenage twins. One set arrived as promised and was exactly what I expected. This one never arrived..I kept being told that it had been delivered. It had not and when I checked the tracking it would show that it was in process. I still do not have the set and I can't send one without the other. I give up on Macy's

Didn't arrive in time

When I placed the order it said it would be available on dec 19th for pickup. We were leaving to go out of town for Christmas on the 21st. The item was not ready for pickup on the 19th (or by the 21st). I was unable to give this as a Christmas present due to the false advertisement. When I called to have it canceled, they were unable to help and said I should just not pick it up and it will be reimbursed 7 days after. So no present, not able to return for money to get a new present! Very disappointing. DO NOT BELIEVE OR TRUST IN THE TIME FRAME THEY GIVE YOU WHEN PURCHASING!

ITEM ORDERED 12/10/2025 WITH A PROMISED DELIVERY DATE....DELIVERY PUSHED OUT SEVERAL TIMES....FINALLY SEE BY TRACKING NUMBER THAT ITEM DELIVERED YESTERDAY, 12/17/25, TO ANOTHER ADDRESS IN ANOTHER TOWN....CALLS TO UPS CONFIRM WRONG DELIVERY BUT WILL NOT ITIATE SEARCH UNTIL REQUESTED COMPLAINT BY SENDER....REACHED OUT TO MACYS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO CONTINUALLY STATES ALL SHE CAN DO IS ISSUE CREDIT TO ACCOUNT....ABSOLUTELY USELESS....DONT THINK GRANDCHILD WILL ENJOY A MACYS CREDIT UNDER THE TREE...REALLY WISH THE SENDER AND THE SHIPPER WOULD ACCEPT SOME RESPONSIBILTY FOR GETTING THE MERCHANDISE TO ITS PROPER LOCATION. TOTALLY FRUSTATED WITH BOTH PARTIES AT THIS END
